That is Iberion Jamón. In every eating establishment, grocery store, and carnicería in Spain you can find rows and rows of cured pig legs. We’ve recently discovered what we affectionately call “meat cones”. Little bits of meat either in chopped form or some kind of little sausage in a handy dandy little cone for easy portability. They are @stetsonhayes ‘s most favorite thing in Spain. I fear he may have withdrawls when we leave. We are trying to form a plan to smuggle some of this delicious meat back with us into the US. #españa2014 #paleo #keepingitpaleoinspain #meatsnacks (at Gran Vía)
